Dispute Resolution:

Step 1) Inform the Symbiosis Capital Compliance Team with details of your complaint you can call us; or alternatively email support @ symbiosis capital.com. We will provide acknowledgement of receipt of written complaints within 5 business days, and seek to resolve and respond to complaints within 30 business days of receipt. We will investigate your complaint, and provide you with our decision, and the reasons on which it is based, in writing.

Step 2) If the time mentioned above has expired and you feel the dispute has not been resolved, email: [email protected]

 

Step 3) After the above 2 steps, if an issue has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you can lodge a complaint with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority, or AFCA. AFCA provides fair and independent financial services complaint resolution that is free to consumers.
